I started off feeling good about this company. There were some minor issues during construction (installer backed trailer into my front yard leaving ruts, and cut a pipe under my house that wasn't repaired the way I would have), but I was initially happy with their work. Six months later, I noticed mud stains and water on my encapsulation and around the sump pump which shouldn't be happening $14,000 later. On 8-2, I sent a text message to Jason the installer with photos. No response. On 8-4, I sent an email with same info to Zach the estimator/project initiator. No response. On 8-7, I called the office and got an apologetic female who said someone would call. No response. On 8-11, I sent an email to the office manager April who set up work and sent me the bill. No response. On 8-13, I called the office again. April acknowledged receiving my email and forwarding it to service manager Jacob (without acknowledging or responding to my email). She said she was sending it to him again. As of today (8-18) guess who hasn't contacted me? Yep, the service manager or anybody else. Feels like this company got their money and doesn't care about customer service. I should have gone with another company. Don't make the same mistake.

Made an appointment for an estimate for a window of 3- 4 pm. By 5:30 pm hey never showed up. Called at 4:30 pm to get an update and the call is an AI automated system "Amy". Never received a follow-up phone call or an update.

Probably a decade ago, I had a gentleman out from Stable Foundations to look at an issue I was beginning to notice with my foundation. He told me to monitor it & call back if I noticed it getting worse. I really appreciated the fact that he could have sold me something right there on the spot but instead chose integrity.Fast forward to present time, I was starting to notice that it had in fact continued to degrade, so I went ahead & put that call in. Doug came out & took a look at it & he agreed, it was time to act now. He put together a plan of action to make the necessary repairs. It was a fair price & I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me on more than I needed. The crew came out, made the necessary repairs in a timely manner, were friendly & forthcoming with questions when asked, & left the area clean when finished.Stable Foundations deserves nothing less than a 5 star review. Had an appointment scheduled during a time frame. No one sever showed up. Tried calling multiple times later that day. No one answered and the voice mail box was full, so couldn’t leave message. Messaged them saying that we did not have any one show up for our appointment time. It’s now four days later and no one ever contacted us.

The gentlemen from Stable Foundations that recently completed the helical pin installations for our foundation were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional, explained what they were doing and took the utmost care to protect our property while doing the work. They completed their work in a very timely and professional manner leaving our property as they found it.Their work was so good that you would never know that anything was ever done. Made Appointment for crawl space encapsulation estimate, appointment was set for tech to arrive between 1 and 4. Tech did not show, we called Stable and was told they would find out where Tech was and call us back. I try to buy local and Stable Foundations met that criteria and also had the best price. The proposal checked all of the boxes for my attic insulation project. Unfortunately, the execution of the work took 2 additional visits by the crew due to in-scope work not being executed properly. Sealing of penetrations from the conditioned to I conditioned space, missing baffles and the insulation depth was insufficient to meet the R Value in the proposal.

I had a problem of cracks appearing at the corner of doors upstairs, the doors not closing, and the locks not matching the strike plate. Cracks also appeared in the walls along the staircase. I also had cracks in the crawl space cinderblock wall that concerned me. Stable Foundations sent a representative who analyzed where a crawl space foundation support had sunk and another area needed to be reinforced. He presented a plan to remediate the problems. I gave the go ahead and am pleased to share the problems have been totally resolved! I would definitely recommend them if you have settling problems in your house.

Doug came by today and answered ALOT of questions for me. AGAIN.Moving forward with this project has been hard with life circumstances etc. Doug and the company clearly are in this line of work for the right reason. I was told today that what I had right now was ok. We discussed what life would be like with a fully encapsulated crawl space, but didn't waste time on a sales pitch. I appreciate people like Doug who take the time to be patient and answer all the questions. We will move forward with Stable Foundations when the time is right for us!!

We had our encapsulation done by another company a few years ago. I wish that we would have researched more. Zack came out today to follow-up on some concerns we had and even changed the filter and reset the breaker.
