Doug came by today and answered ALOT of questions for me. AGAIN.Moving forward with this project has been hard with life circumstances etc. Doug and the company clearly are in this line of work for the right reason. I was told today that what I had right now was ok. We discussed what life would be like with a fully encapsulated crawl space, but didn't waste time on a sales pitch. Their technician came out quickly and told us there was no issue to be concerned of as of now. Never tried to sell us something we did not need. We picked Stable Foundations to encapsulate our crawl space in October of 2021 based on their reputation of a locally owned business. In June of 2025, the Aprilaire Humidifier they installed wasn’t working. I called and they sent out a crew the same day to look at the unit and assess the situation. The following day they repaired the unit, that was under warranty, at no cost to us. Both during the installation process and the recent repair, Jesse, Vernon, and the crew were responsive, kept me updated, and made sure that I was satisfied when the job was completed. Great group of people and glad we picked them for the job.

Normally you leave a review when somebody performs a service, and Stable Foundations did not, but their honesty should be recognized. Doug took a lot of time to walk over my property, inside and out. He likely could have raised concerns for me and sold me on services that I didn’t need, but he simply educated me and told me what to look out for. He assured me the property was just fine right now and was also very helpful in recommending other contractors for other items which I requested. When I have a need in the future, I’ll be working with this group.

I decided to go with this company because Stephen did not give a long drawn out sales pitch. Instead he was to the point and provided me with estimates. We asked Stable Foundations to assess some moisture in our basement that was causing us concern. Zach showed up right on time and quickly eased our fears by giving us a science-based explanation of why our situation was not only normal, but easily correctable with a few simple fixes on our end, which he walked us through one by one. It really says a lot about a company that doesn’t try to upsell you on services you don’t need. It says even more when they give you advice and confidence as a homeowner to do it yourself. We didn’t need to hire Stable Foundations this time, but they will be the first company we call in the future if we ever need help with our foundation.

Scheduled a foundation inspection after we noticed a crack in the brick veneer. The scheduling process was easy. Zach arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Of the 3 foundation companies who came out to inspect, Stable Foundations was the only one to look beyond the exterior of the home and go in the crawlspace to look at the foundation. Instead of quoting us for unnecessary costly foundation repairs like the other companies, he told us that the only repairs needed were to the brick veneer because he found no signs of damage to the actual foundation. Thank you Zach for giving an honest full inspection! If we need foundation repairs or other crawlspace services in the future, we will definitely call Stable Foundations.

We have had ongoinging issues with our foundation for several years. A mutual friend suggested that we try Stable Foundations to see if they could help us.They certainly did help us! Scott was very thorough when he came out to inspect the foundation. He uncovered many construction faux pas' that we couldn't believe would have been left as they were.
